IRASA & Garden Route First — 2026 Local Election Alliance MOA Two independent civic organisations — IRASA and GR First — have formed a local government election alliance for the Garden Route. Their shared mandate centres on financial accountability, infrastructure renewal, non-partisan governance, sustainable development, and community safety, positioning themselves as resident-led "watchdogs" against corruption and cadre deployment.

IRASA and Garden Route First unite ratepayers and residents from Mossel Bay to Bitou, championing transparency, accountability, and clean governance. Independent of party politics, they pledge clean water, fair rates, safe communities, and sound infrastructure — governed with merit, community participation, and fiscal integrity. Vote IRASA on November 4th.
